Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data Dent.AI collects through this website, why, and what your rights are. It covers the website and its request-access forms. It does not cover our software products, which have their own terms.
1. Who we are

2. What we collect
When you request access
When you fill in a request-access form, we collect:
- your clinic or practice name and your work email address,
- your country and, if you give it, your CBCT scanner model,
- on the Anatomic Modeler page, the plan you are interested in,
- whether you agreed to be contacted and to receive product updates, and when.
When you visit the website
- Server logs. Our hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the website and keep it secure.
- Fonts. The website loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers, which receive your IP address.
- Browser storage. We remember your choice on the cookie banner in your browser's local storage. We do not set cookies and we do not use analytics or advertising trackers.
3. Why we use it, and on what legal basis

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
4. Who processes it for us
We use these service providers, who process data only on our instructions:
- Netlify, Inc. (USA): website hosting and form submissions.
- Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France): our contact list and the emails we send.
- Google Ireland Ltd: web fonts.
Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area (for example to Netlify in the USA), the transfer is protected by safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. [confirm the safeguard for each provider]
5. How long we keep it
- Request-access details: until we have handled your request, and then for up to [24 months] after our last contact with you, unless you become a customer.
- Product updates: until you unsubscribe (every update email has an unsubscribe link) or ask us to stop.
- Server logs: for the period set by our hosting provider.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time; this does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.
To use any of these rights, email hello@thedent.ai. We will answer within one month.
You can also complain to the Hungarian data protection authority, the Nemzeti Adatvédelmi és Információszabadság Hatóság (NAIH), 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9–11, naih.hu, or to the authority in your own country.

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
